The start of my biking life, where it all began!

I've had multiple dealings with Excelerate now and I can say that I have never been disappointed. I initially booked my CBT with Excelerate back in 2022, I did a fair amount of research on CBT's so had a vague idea of what to expect on the day. The training delivered was incredibly easy to understand and logically pathed out by some really incredible instructors. I had some doubts in my mind that if I couldn't do certain things then I'd just be thinned out and sent home there and then.

It turns out I was wrong, very wrong. After failing to do the figure of 8 enough times that I lost count an instructor took me off for 1 on 1 training. After some confidence building consisting of them almost leaning the bike right over doing the figure of 8 and ensuring me the bike wont fall over I got back on and nailed it. Thankfully this was the only hiccup I had through the day and with some great tuition I eventually defeated it.

At no point did I ever feel uncomfortable, every step of the day was very laid back and relaxed, there was no pressure to nail things first time!

the instructors themselves are very professional and when you get to know them you can start to have quite a laugh with them, as I learned when I returned to do my DAS course with Excelerate.

When I booked my DAS they offered a book now pay later scheme, which was very helpful as I didn't have £800 just laying spare in my account, so I booked a few months in advance and just paid it off before the starting date, I had no phone calls of emails chasing for payments, they just let me pay as and when I could, as long as it was paid before the first day of the DAS, which I thought was another great feature of Excelerate.

I think the level of excellence provided by this company can be evidenced by the amount of first time passes they produce on Mod1, 2 and CBT's. Both me and my partner passed CBT's first time with them, and I also passed my Mod 1 and 2 first try after doing a 4 day training package with them.

I can't fault my whole experience with them so far, and I believe my partner will be returning to them to do her DAS also!

Highly recommend this company for anyone in the Farnborough/surrounding areas looking to get on a bike, you can't go wrong booking through them!
